Free delivery is available throughout mainland UK, customers located in the Scottish Highlands may be subject to additional delivery charges. Larger furniture items include room-of-choice delivery. Smaller items, such as small cup shelves and décor pieces, are delivered via parcel courier to the front door, unless ordered together with a larger item.

For all large furniture items, we offer a complimentary Two-Man Delivery service to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. Once your order has been placed, our courier will contact you directly and provide access to an online booking calendar, allowing you to select a delivery date that suits you.
Most deliveries are completed within 2–3 days of booking. Deliveries are always pre-booked. Our courier will never attempt delivery without prior arrangement. On the day of delivery, the team will carefully carry your items into the room of your choice.
Nationwide Delivery
We deliver nationwide across the UK. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, or Northern Ireland, please select the appropriate delivery option at checkout. A £50 surcharge applies to these locations.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if your item arrives faulty, we are here to help. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, and in their original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase, including your order number.
If your item arrives damaged or with a faulty component, we can arrange for a replacement part to be sent to your delivery address where appropriate.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds for items reported outside of the 30-day return period.
Delivery is provided free of charge; however, return collections are charged at the courier’s rate and this cost will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to organise your own return, a full refund will be issued.
Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items
Most of our products are produced and stocked by us. However, some specialist items are produced by third-party manufacturers and are made to order.
Bespoke and made-to-order items are non-returnable, as they are custom pieces produced specifically to your specifications.
If you wish to cancel a bespoke order, you may do so within 14 days of purchase. After this period, production will have commenced and materials will have been ordered, meaning cancellation will no longer be possible.
Reporting Damage
Any damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Once reported, we will arrange for replacement parts to be sent free of charge where applicable.
Damage reported after 7 days unfortunately cannot be accepted as a valid claim.
