Delivery Information
We have a few delivery methods to choose from at COKU.
1) Standard express delivery. With this particular service, the courier will bring the boxes into your home for you. This delivery method will take 1-4 days to be delivered.
2) Next working day delivery. This is a kerbside / pallet courier service where the courier is not insured to enter your property. They will deliver your items via pallet and get the pallet as close to your door as possible. This is available for mainland UK only. Some Scottish postcodes can take up to 2 days to be delivered.
3) Saturday AM Delivery. This is a kerbside / pallet courier service where the courier is not insured to enter your property. They will deliver your items via pallet and get the pallet as close to your door as possible.
4) Room of choice, white glove delivery. With this particular service, the courier will bring the boxes into a room of your choice for you. This delivery method will take 1-4 days to be delivered. This does not include assembly.
Next working day delivery is available on most orders made before 2pm. Please check individual product listings for delivery lead times as next day delivery is not available for some products. Next working day delivery is available if you have made your order by 2pm Monday to Friday and selected the next day option at checkout. The next working day option is via a pallet courier service only. If you order via a next day service on Friday, your consignment will arrive on Monday. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday your goods will be dispatched on the Monday for delivery Tuesday. Saturday deliveries are available and come at a surcharge, please select this option at checkout. If you would like an alternative future delivery date please leave a note for as to when you would like to take delivery. If you cannot find the notes section please email us at cokuhome@coku.co.uk.
Alternatively, we can dispatch with a more specialised courier service who will bring the boxes into your home for you. This comes at no extra cost but can take between 1-5 days to be delivered. This is the standard free delivery service that we provide. With the standard delivery option our couriers will take the boxes into your home for you, this delivery will be booked in with you directly.
We also offer a room of choice option where the courier will bring the boxes into a room of your choice for you. We can also provide an assembly service, which will come at a surcharge. The assembly service is only available for tables, sideboards and TV units.
If you wish to go for the next day delivery method, your delivery slot will be an all day slot (08:00-17:00), however you can request an AM or PM slot in the notes section (08:00-11:59 to 12:00-17:00 respectively). Please note that for this pallet service, the couriers are only licensed and insured to deliver to your door. If you live in a flat or an apartment please make sure you have someone present to assist you with bringing your items into your home, as your courier can only deliver to the front of your building. Your courier can take away your pallet if you request this of them. If you have any further questions regarding delivery please do not hesitate to contact us.
If you wish to go for our standard express delivery service, the courier will bring the boxes into your home. This comes at no extra cost but can take up to 7 days to be delivered. If you have any questions regarding delivery please get in contact with us.
We deliver to Northern Ireland (NI), please select the NI delivery option at checkout as NI deliveries come at a surcharge. We cannot dispatch to NI without the delivery surcharge being paid.
If you live in the Scottish Highlands please select this option at checkout. We cannot dispatch to the Scottish Highlands without the delivery surcharge being paid.
