Rest assured, our courier will not attempt delivery without booking it in with you first. Our professional team will bring your boxes directly into the room of your choice, ensuring a smooth and convenient delivery experience.
Nationwide Coverage:
Our delivery services span across the entire nation, ensuring that customers nationwide can enjoy the exceptional service we provide. However, if you reside in the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, or Northern Ireland, please select the corresponding option at checkout. Please note that there is an associated surcharge for deliveries to these locations of £50.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if your item arrives faulty, we are here to help. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, and in their original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase, including your order number.
If your item arrives damaged or with a faulty component, we can arrange for a replacement part to be sent to your delivery address where appropriate.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds for items reported outside of the 30-day return period.
Delivery is provided free of charge; however, return collections are charged at the courier’s rate and this cost will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to organise your own return, a full refund will be issued.
Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items
Most of our products are produced and stocked by us. However, some specialist items are produced by third-party manufacturers and are made to order.
Bespoke and made-to-order items are non-returnable, as they are custom pieces produced specifically to your specifications.
If you wish to cancel a bespoke order, you may do so within 14 days of purchase. After this period, production will have commenced and materials will have been ordered, meaning cancellation will no longer be possible.
Reporting Damage
Any damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Once reported, we will arrange for replacement parts to be sent free of charge where applicable.
Damage reported after 7 days unfortunately cannot be accepted as a valid claim.
