Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, or have a faulty product, we are here to help. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

To be eligible for a refund you must return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving them. This (these) item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items which have been used and are not in their original packaging and fillings. Your item needs to be accompanied with a receipt or proof of purchase (including your order number). If your item is damaged, or has a faulty part we can arrange for a new part to be sent out to the delivery address. Damages must be reported within 7 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately, if your product is not returned within 30 days of delivery, we will be unable to process your return. If you have any questions with regards to returns please do not hesitate to contact our team. Items that are supplied by third parties may incur charges for returns. Please check which items these are before purchasing. Most items are produced by and stocked by us. However, certain specialist items are produced by third parties are are made to order. Bespoke items are not returnable. 

Bespoke items are not returnable as they are custom one off pieces made to your specifications. If you have made a custom order for a bespoke item and you would like to cancel your order, you have 14 days after the date of your purchase to do so. After this time your items will be in production and materials will be purchased to produce your item.

If your item is damaged, you must report all damages within 7 days of receiving your item. We will send out replacement parts free of charge. If you report any damages after 7 days, we will not be able to process your damage claim.

Returns Process

1) Contact us to let us know you would like to return your item.

2) We will offer to arrange collection for you, however the cost of this collection and return will be deducted from your refund total. If you find a cheaper returns alternative please arrange this, and you will receive a full refund. Tracking must be provided if you arrange returns yourself. Please allow adequate time for us to arrange collection. Collections can take 2-3 days so please ensure this is within your 30 day limit.

3) Once we receive your return we will check over your item(s) and issue an immediate refund. 

Your item must be in all its original packaging and fillings, no tears or damages to the packaging. Items must arrive back to us in the condition that they were received. We cannot accept returns for goods that have been damaged or used (unless damaged upon arrival).


We will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. We cannot issue a refund to a different credit or debit card.

If your credit card or debit card number has changed, but is for the same account used at the time of purchase (e.g., a new card has been issued for the same account), the refund will be processed to that account.

If the account you used to make your original purchase has been closed, we recommend you check with your banking institution or credit card company to make arrangements with them to receive your funds.
